The challenge
Citizens juggled 14 disconnected government portals, each with its own login, design, and failure modes. Peak-season load regularly took services offline, and there was no shared identity layer.
Our approach
We built a single front door on a multi-region, self-healing architecture with one federated identity provider. Services were migrated incrementally behind a routing layer, so nothing went dark during the transition.
